Florida Career Institute offers licensed and accredited programs to students ready to change their lives by starting rewarding careers. We are licensed or accredited by the following organizations:

•  Licensed by the FL Commission for Independent Education.
• Accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Accrediting Council for Continuing    Education and Training (ACCET).
• The Florida Career Institute Medical Assistant Program is accredited by the Commission    on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), on recommendation of    the Curriculum Review Board of the American Association of Medical Assistant's    Endowment (AAMAE).
• Approved for Veterans Training by the Department of Veterans Training, St. Petersburg, FL.
• A vendor for the Hillsborough and Polk County Workforce Development Boards.
• An active member of the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce.
